Here's the link to the form.
https://my.t-mobile.com/Corporate/Default.aspx

According to the sales rep for our company, this will extend your contract by one year.

dead link.

Any way of knowing whether our company participates? I work for a local government and most of our IT stuff is through Nextel.

my company sells tmobile and sprint phones as well as directv, i wonder if i qualify, too bad the link isnt working.

I can't seem to enter my info (using openoffice.org 2.0)

help anyone?

I am not sure about this. It sounds like if you fill out this form... they convert your account to a business account?

I could be wrong though... but it seems like its more trouble than its worth.

This isn't new, nor is it a "Hot Deal". All you have to do is check with your HR department to see if you get a corp. discount.

I get a 100% discount. My company pays for it. Can't beat that.

Otherwise, good deal.

Any university (State funded) student, you can get 15% off your monthly if you are paid assistantship or have campus job and get payslip biwekly.

Just walk in and tell you are employed in Univ and they will get you enrolled for 15%.

To poly2004,

This is great. How to get it?

You mean just walking in any Tmobile retail store? any document needed?

Thanks

Most Govt people are on discount irrespective they are enrolled in volume discount or not. Just take your payslip and tell them and you should get 15%. At least Sprint/AT&T cingular Nextel and Verizon do that. I know T-Mobile is doing it.

Yes stores is best choice as I myself never tried to call CS and stores are around malls so its more easy than waiting on phone call.

Just take your payslip with you and don't tell you are student (they don't care but some CSR are extra smart to pick that for deniel)

We have Verizon for personal use. Husband is state government employee. They give is an 11% discount even though his office phone is with another carrier. No matter what your carrier, call and ask if your type of business qualifies for any discount.

Does Cingular give a student discount to students that have campus jobs and that are paid biweekly?

cooking the books!

This looks like a form to add an employee (with or without an existing personal T-Mobile account) to an existing T-Mobile corporate account.

What about I already have a plan? I got my phones from Amazon.

Will this affect your rebates?

You assume the HR department actually knows about this, some do not. Usually have to go up the corporate chain. But it's easier to just apply and see what happens!

I would've never found the T-Mobile business migration form...thanks OP.

what if you work for the private university, would this be on the list as well?

Hi, poly2004, do you know where I can find the discount information for cingular. thanks.

** I am not sure about where but it is onwebsite under corporate or business discount. Don't worry about details just call or visit stores and tell them. Take you payslip with you.

** It hardly matters where you got phone and which plan you are. Any time is good to get enrolled. Further once you are on plan its hard to tell that how you got phone becuase service enrollment is not related with buying phone.

Will this affect your rebates?

No absolutely no, discounts apply after your actual bill is calculated. So service like 49.99 will remain as it is. This is same as we do PM with Staples even though coupons are used to bring down price.

No sure about private university but you can give a try. Mostly universities are treated as giant organizations and no company want to loose share.

Also worth mentioning: Goodyear Auto service and many such places (large companies) offer discounts (generally not advertized or displayed on web sites) for university, goverment and large corporates even they are not using its service officially.

I never paid more than $10+tax for inspection, oil change at Goodyear Gemini. Also I get 10% off on all parts and tyres and labor as well.

Just keep asking. It doesn't hurt and you may get lucky.

T-Mobile is the only wireless carrier that I do not get a corporate discount at . They should have a site like Verizon or Cingular where you enter your work email address and they send you details if you qualify for a discount.

I just called customer support and they know nothing about any discounts for any university they told me.

I sent that form and I got approved for the discount. But beware, they also extended my contract by one year. i am fighting to roll it back.

How much time does it take to respond?

I got a response in 2 days.

I called customer service and she knows nothing about any discounts for any university.

I sent the email ....they gave me 9.3% discount.

Respond is in 2 to 3 days. but the effective date is 2 to 3 billing cycle later.

What companies are you guys working for that they are approving it for a discount?

I can't find download the form after I login my Tmobile. Anybody can help me????

Thanks
