2 (1) lb gift certificates for $19.99 at Costco here in Oregon.

If you go to the retail store it is $13.60/lb. So you save $7.20 on a 2 lb. purchase.

I give a lot of See's Candy during the holidays, so these save me some serious cash.

FYI, they have these year round. I get them all the time, can't get enough of that dark bordeaux.

This is a GOOD deal, one I've taken advantage of many times! Thanks for the reminder.

Yes, this is year round. Just be sure you have time to wait at The CAGE for someone to convert the receipt into gift certificates for you.

Are these See's certificates available at all Costco's? I live in Plano, TX and am a Costco member, but I have never seen any See's certificates.

They go in and out of stock in my area (NorCal). They come in those big blister packs like the memory cards come in. I would guess if you don't have See's in your area, your local Costco won't carry them. Just a wild guess.

Could you let us know what the Costco stock number is for the certificate?

That's for those of us in the Northeast who will get the response "What's a C's?" when we ask for it by name.

Thanks.

There is a See's Candies that opens up during Christmas season in the mall here, each year. There isn't a year round store.

That is a great deal. I don't have any Costco stores or See's candy stores around me, but I'll pass this info along to my CA relatives. Thanks OP

If you eat too many . . . Defib Deal here

They are always in stock, just not displayed on the sales floor. Ask for it at the checkout counter and they will send someone into lockup and bring it out to you. The cartons you sometimes see on the sales floor do not hold the certificate; they are always in the back.

Our Costco in Chico, CA. is less than a mile from Sees, so it's the way I always buy the Butterscotch Squares (for, ummm...gifts).

I only calculate 26% savings for a 2 lb. certificate at $19.99.

do these work on the peanut brittle?

zainali said: [Q]do these work on the peanut brittle?

Yes, they work on everythign in the store, for novelty items that are sold by price rather than weight then each gift card is worth the equivalent of the price of one pound (ie a $9.99 one pound gift card buys you $13.60 worth of whatever See's sells)
