Looks like the deal I've been waiting for. Before I jump on it, does anyone konw of any compatibility issues with the Media Center edition HP's? When I replaced the video card it was necessary to check compatibility for those particular machines.

Seems to me only difference is platinum version gives you front panel audio connection. If you want to spend the extra $30 might as well get the X-fi at CC for $75.here

Took the dive on this.
I've been waiting for this to come around again.
I didn't think the x-Fi Xtreme Music edition would be good enough to justify spending more. Apparently, you cannot have both a mic & headphone input at the same time with that model. I am a gamer so that would be an issue.
I would love the Fatal1ty but that is way out of my price range.

I'm in for a platinum version. It worth the extra $30 because the front panel is important for me.
