Great post just in time. Any chance of getting the mailing posted?? That would be very helpful if you could. I don't think that B&M will take it without some hard copy and I am just about ready to buy something at the B&M store.

but anything to buy?
posted: Oct. 20, 2001 @ 8:52p
just a helpful hint, kodak imaging software is on almost all Microsoft software. Save the picture to your computer, then find the item in explorer while holding the shift key down right click on the image in explorer and select 'OPEN WITH'. scroll down until you see 'Imaging' and open the document with Kodak imaging. then select print, note that an option button is available. click on it and select 'fit to page'. I have saved a ton of people with this advice. so printing a large item is not a problem. PS: Office Depot accepts staples coupons so spread your possibilities

I get the same menu when I right click the image as when I shift-right click. What is the purpose of using the shift key?
posted: Oct. 21, 2001 @ 4:37p
The purpose of holding the shift key is a expansion to the right click menu. Several people have complained that my scans have been to big and they havent been able to print on one page. The problem isnt the scan it there OS association to the file type they are selecting.
to repeat, SAVE the file to your hard drive after save, open explorer and search for the file. single click the file to highlight the file now hold the shift key down and right click on the file a menu should appear with the 'OPEN WITH' option select it scroll down until you find 'IMAGING' select it and the file will open under Kodak Imaging, select print, the Print properties menu apperas goto option select 'fit to page'
This is a great way to get around file association, especially WindowsME which open most things in its viewer which does not allow you to print.

Here are some more staples coupons in a different format. No red page.
Hey, I too want to know where the $30 off $200 coupon is!!
I found the canon S100 for $299, then convinced the guy to give it to me for $250 tomorrow with a three year warranty (open box by the way) and some accessory kit, minus whatever coupons I come up with. I GOTTA HAVE IT by tomorrow...
Thanks in advance.

ach1199 There was a post recently that listed the OD policy on accepting competitors coupons. It is corporate policy, you should talk to the manager.

My guess is that using copies of coupons could be considered fraud, akin to counterfeiting. I think I'll stay away from these coupons.
