Well folks, I bought this one over a month ago when it was $20 at WalMart, it is now $10 and in a clearance/discounted area, I was looking for a single cup coffee maker without having to use those expensive pods. This fit the bill, I was a bit put off by the brand Proctor Silex, however I have been pleasantly surprised every night It features the following:

Single Serve Pod Coffeemaker
# Brews with pods or ground coffee
# Pod holder fits all coffee & tea pods - even 2 pods at once
# Permanent filter included for ground coffee
# Dishwasher safe removable parts
# "On" indicator light and automatic shutoff

You could spend over $100 on a pod machine, then spend oodles on pods with limited variety, or drop a $10 spot at your local WalMart and have a great cup of coffee in a flash. Please don't neg me just because you don't drink coffee..Be kind this is my second post today

Click on the link above to view this lovely machine

It is being sold online $19.88 - $34.99

Is this on clearance at WM?

Yes, I am sorry, I have corrected the post

will this brew k-cups?

What is a k-cup? I am sorry I am old and maybe this is something new...

no, nothibg will brew a k-cup except an authentic keurig machine...

the way it is designed, k-cups need to be pierced both on the top and bottom of the cup. the top part (where the foil is) is pierced by a needle with a rubber stopper at the end of it, allowing high pressured hot water to travel through the k-cup.

simply put, only keuring machines can brew k-cups (unless you plan on "hacking" one....)

In what aisle was the "clearance" pod coffee maker located?

WEll in the Denton, TX store it was at the rear of the store by the milk/eggs bin.

I found this in the clearance section today without a price and I was hoping it'd be $10 but when I scanned it, it's coming up $16. They have tons of them left so I'm hoping they'll get another mark down soon! Great for my husband since he's the only coffee drinker in our house...

Went to my local WM after reading this post and scoured the coffee maker aisle, but could not find it. None of the employees had a clue either. Was about to give up when I noticed about 20 of them on the very top shelf of the aisle. Employee with ladder remembered them as a Christmas item (probably stocking stuffer).
Mine was also $16, not $10, but if it works as advertised it's still a good deal. May be in line for another markdown when someone realizes that they still have them!
Thanks, OP!

Nice find. I will have to look for one. We are currently using the free Home Cafe one but the price of pods is unreal. No wonder they gave them away for free, they are making a killing on the pods.

Well something I found is that between Walmarts Clearance items, prices will vary for each store. Example, I went to Garland TX WalMart to get a compressor, well I got that and bought a $10 paint ball gun, I stopped at a few other Walmarts on the way home and found the same paintball guns for $15, $19, $20 and even $25..So I hope that y'all find one at your local WalMart for $10, as I paid $20 for mine and $10 for my neighbors...and I am quite glad to of paid $20 for mine

Got the machine for $16 returned right away it makes horrific coffee using pods. It does brew with pressure giving you weak tasting coffee. I was able to buy the Black & DEcker Home Kafe $19 on clearence YMMV.

You get 4 dollar off Folger's pods coupons when you buy this. Kohls has the pods for 2.00 now so you can get a pack of 16 pods for a buck.
