Update (4/4): On Apr. 1, Staple's 'officially' stopped distributing the coupon. However, Exp date on the coupon itself is [Exp 6/30]. (reminder: please update the Quick Summary below with specific coupons)
Pick up a free City of Hope "Give. Hope. Donation Card Campaign" scratch off coupon (16-digit code) at a 'participating' Staples B&M, valid for a discount valued between $1 to $50 on a specific product / service and redeemable at B&M/phone/online. One (1) free coupon per person per day. (or buy more with every $1 donation) Last day to receive a coupon is 3/31 (or while supplies last) and must be redeemed by 6/30.
Unless there is a Staple's URL that lists all available coupons (and possibly the odds of receiving a specific coupon as well), one goal for this thread is to identify specific coupons available from this promo. (read: please update the Quick Summary below with specific coupons)
Suggestion: Those willing to donate, this would be a good opportunity to use the $3 off $3 ink/toner recycling coupon.

I saw this yesterday at my store, but the cashier said I have to donate $5 to get it. So I didn't get it. Seems like she is not familiar with this. I will get one when I go next time.
