RiteAid ads often have mistakes. They list items as part of RiteAid rebate program when they're NOT! Can be no rebate at all, or as in this item a manufacturer rebate that is inside some boxes & missing from others depending on store inventory. Check the RiteAid online or hardcopy rebate book first.

Here's a list of this month's available rebates link, the meter isn't on here, so it might be a manufacturer's rebate

This is a Manufacturer Rebate, its not a RiteAid rebate. The rebate form is inside the box and requires the original store receipt along with the original UPC bar code. No prescription is required to purchase the monitor, test strips or the lancets.
