In the past they have shipped out of stock items to me for no charge but I'm not sure that is still current policy

Just to be safe, I would say anyone who purchases in store to use the receipt rebate form.

It's possible, though unlikely, that the online PDF one, is only for online purchases.

It helps if you read the form

"Purchase a qualifying product(s) listed above at RadioShack or RadioShack.com"

either form is fine per the terms.

i picked up the last one in south miami.
radio shack sucks.

10 of the cases in the package are cracked.

total cost for 40 piece of crap plastic cases: $0.70 tax + 0.5 gas + 0.39 postage = $1.59
4 cents per case. I feel ripped off.

Not unusual to find 2-6 cracked in a 50 pack especially at the ends. Poor packaging & handling.

it doesn't even have a base. just thing plastic wrap.

I know that part. I'm looking for a way to find the "NUMBER" available. There use to be a way to see this that wasn't obvious. I just don't remember.
