It appears to come with the adapter, so yes, it will work in a Canon SD450. Only disadvantages I can think of is it's not really that big capacity-wise, and probably not that fast either. If you are willing to spend more, you can get cards with bigger capacity and faster, for about the same cost per megabyte. The main attraction to this is it works in cell phones.

upyukt said:I m new here and novice abt cameras/memory types. will this work with canon sd450, does it have any disadvantage in comparison to the regular memory
upyukt, I just bought an sd450 and picked up this memory card last night. You could get a 2GB card but honestly I think you'll run out of battery life before you fill that! (Unless of course you take a long video) As the previous posts say, the downsides of using the adapter and the sd450 is small capacity and slow speed. The A-data above is 50x. On the other hand, I used the 512MB miniSD card with an adapter in my sd450 last weekend and it seemed to work fine.
Good luck. |

Picked one up myself. tax was like $1.x something so total was $20.xx
$5 after rebate sounds good. Getting this for my samsung A920, although the memory card storage is kind of useless now that I'm using Orb.com with it. But it be nice to take some pictures, so I decided to get this, so I can hold off and wait on a good deal for the 1 gig transflash. |

I accidentally trashed the UPC and packing label. Will really appreciate it if someone would help out with a scan. |

Found a nice reader to go with this:
IOGEAR
CompUSA has free shipping right now, so it comes out to $9.99 + tax. Great reviews for this drive on Amazon.

in for 1. Thanks. Great deal for a SD card that can become a transflash when I need one in the future. |
