Confirmed on West Coast in Kennewick, WA(east side of the state). They had a bunch of stuff for 90% off, but mostly junk to me. I didn't see any bikes which is what I was hoping to find in order to donate or give to friends with kids.

I went to the Toys R Us in North Richland hills, Texas. Expected alot of people and no one was there! I went to a cashier and price matched an item with the tag and rang up full price and she was like o yeah it is 90% off. There was no signs, no employees cared, or other customers.

Most of the time, the employees don't know what's going on, what the prices are, or what's clearanced. Think of it as a scavenger hunt.
