SE phones can be unlocked only by using a data cable and softwares unlike the nokias that can be unlocked via codes. most local cellfone shops charge between $5 to $10 for the unlocking

No, not for phones sold in the US. Tri-band phones sold in Europe and elsewhere substitute the 900 band for the 850 band.

I got a 3220 from HSN. The color is actually darker than it appears on the picture at Cingular. It's not child-like at all and a few co-workers in my office actually also wanted to get one.
