CompUSA has it for $159.99 with $60 rebate and Frys has it for $79.99 after instant saving (Seattle area). Buy from CompUSA and ask for a PM. Net is $20. Very YMMV since you need Frys.

I do CompUSA PM before rebate all the time even use the same CSR. I did the 100GB and 160GB and 200GB, just received the rebates. Green for you OP. Sorry if you don't got a Fry's in your area.
More information: I haven't even had to do the buy and return to PM. I am able to just tell the casher the Fry's price and she either calls for price validation or she just enters the price (I assume she has already validated it that day.) GL
Here is CompUSA's official pricematch policy, direct from Corporate customer service. Some CSR's and even managers will deny that they even have a pricematch policy in-store...just whip this out and shove it in their face if they give you a problem.

My CompUSA always gives me trouble when the Fry's Ad says "limit one per customer". They take this as a limited quantity offer, so they won't PM.

They can't even give you crap about their price being lower after rebate
It's in today's edition. I don't think there's a Fry's ad on Thursdays. Prices effective until Tuesday, but rebates from CompUSA end tomorrow, so better hurry.

God, please build a Fry's stores on the East Coast. We need to do pm or r&r b4 its oos which only West Coast & Midwest can do. Looking forward to your timely reply, but don't pm me.
