Thank you OP. I was able to PM to BB at my local St@ples store. The manager however was not pleased. He still felt that the person at the BB store got the $20 before rebate wrong. He still approved it. He also reluctantly approved my $6 expired st@ples reward coupon. All in all, I paid 9 bux, and expect $10 back after rebate. Without the $6 coupon, the whole transaction would have cost me $5. No tax for me in NH.

PS : I forgot to mention that the the Manager accepted the 12% off customer appreciation coupon too. This was one helluva deal.
