Dose the mobile version have the full converage of the US territory?

Ad says rebate is for upgraders only.

Never mind; it's misleading in the ad, but I think the fine print applies to other products.

if you read the actual rebate form, it doesn't mention anything about upgrade:

PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS:
1. This Rebate Form
2. Copy of Receipt
3. Original UPC barcode cut from box.

Does anyone know any GPS unit (cheaply priced of course) that can be purchased separately and used with this software?

EDIT As of 1:30am EST online price is not updated...but just so I would remember to check on the item & price later, I tried adding it to my cart after signing in. Item price in cart reads the currently correct $39.99, but lower on the page product total reads $169.98. So be careful if you're actually trying to buy this online. Make sure your final total is correct!

Thanks. I have been waiting for a deal to replace my 2005 version. I have been using this program since its first version and before my GPS days.

Even with a GPS in my car, I like the ease in checking for distance, restaurants, and the construction update feature.

It may not be the best, but it does complement my GPS, Google Map/Yahoo May Beta well.

At that price AR, I am not complaining.

The MS S&T rebates have never been upgrade rebates. This is a good deal for those that don't have a Costco nearby. Costco sells this everyday for $14.99 and often for $4.99AR with coupon.
