No, its more like YMMV. Include a pre price-match receipt with rebate. For me, in the last 10 PM/ Rebate deals at CC (in the last 3 months), I have never had any issue with any rebate, they all came for the full advertised amount with no follow-up.

OEM owners don't qual for the rebate. That said, Nero 6.x OEM is still a very good app for burning CD's and DVD's, and can be had at Surplus Computers.com for somewhere around $6.

Maybe that's how he got it. He could be just tweaking people too.

But none of the OEM versions include Nero Burning ROM which is the preferred Nero application.
Did this deal yesterday/today. Although this is YMMV, it worked for me. I did not get 110% PM, only 100%. I didn't argue for the extra $4...
