Got all excited - thinking it was a ROTI (flatbread originating from India) cooking set. Don't understand why they are calling a "Roasting" pan a "Roti" pan? OP, maybe edit the title for proper interest...

Price is fixed now. No it is a roasting pan with racks and forks. As it is All-Clad Stainless it is also close to the highest quality pan you can buy short of something like Sambonet.
-- - --Oops - Amazon reviews are very poor. Apparently they no longer make the roasting pan in the stainless-"clad" aluminum core, and this is just stamnped stainless, albeit pretty decent gauge (18/10). Not good reviews tho.
got one last night. i searched the item number "501631" on the net and it matched the aluminum core version of the pan so i ordered one. at the time the Amazon sales rank was in the high 3,000 range. this morning it's number 32 for kitchen & housewares so a whole lot of people must have ordered.
who knows if it'll ship, or even what they'll ship, but i took a chance that it's the aluminum core/stainless clad version of the pan. thanks OP, for the heads up!

I like good cookware. But even at 99.00 dollars. Just so I can show my friends the All-Clad name on the pan?? NO WAY! I bought a nice kitchenaid roaster a few years ago for around 45.00 of course it retailed at 130.00 But it will match this. And when it comes to a roasting pan most all that matters is the pan does not warp after use..

Best roasting pan is Calphalon Contemporary Stainless according to America's Test Kitchen. It's about $99.
