Really awesome price. It can do regular/incline/decline benches (i think like 5 or 6 angles). It comes with: 45 pound olympic bar, 5 pound EZ curl bar, 200 pounds in weights, bar clips, preacher curl attachment, leg curl attachment, J hooks (you can hook them to the back of the rack to do squats!), spotters, rack, and bench. The bench folds up and saves lots of space.
This is an awesome deal because the olympic bar and weights are worth about $180 by themselves.
The setup looks like this bench here: http://www.bigfitness.com/powbensys.html but it's MUCH cheaper and includes all the extra stuff.
I think the price varies (i got it for $180, some other guy in the bodybuilding forum got it for $250, but i think the price has been going down since then).
Edit: here's a bench that looks almost identical except it has a different color for the bench itself and doesn't have all the accessories: http://www.Amazon.com/gp/product/B000E158AM/102-4985795-6088115?v=glance&n=3375251

I just came from there and was looking at it because I was looking into gettin one... What a coincidence. It was still $250 at the one in Chino Hills, CA. From the posts on that body building site, it's a good price even at $250. Gonna try out the other local Costco's tomorrow.

You should just call the costcos instead of driving to every single one
how do you get the bench out of the way for squats? 199 is a steal!

Can you buy things at costco if you are not a member, or do they give any trial memberships for a day? Finally does anyone know if the box for the bench will fit in the backseat of a car? Thanks, Rob

You got to be a member, and you'll probably need a station wagon or an suv to put it in a vehicle. I have a vovlo s80 sedan (a fairly large car) and i needed a uhaul van to tranport it.
Great deal! I got on this deal at my local Costco for 199.99. Great deal I picked the bench up with my xterra so you don't need much room. Great deal. May buy more!

They've had a bunch at my local Costco for a while @ 199. Been waiting for them to go lower. Last year around this time they had a much larger smith machine setup for about $200. Figure that was worth more than this.

Costco Item # 946725
San Francisco Bay Area, CA -- South / East Bay as of 5/17/06 1:00 PM
Mountain View store has zero. I picked one up from the Livermore store. Thanks for the heads up OP! This is cheaper than a year's gym membership, it'll last more than a year, and I don't have to leave the comfort of my own home or wait for the machines to free up.
hey, i was just at costco in sunnyvale and saw the bench but it had blue padding instead of the one from the picture. are you guys getting something that is solid black? ithink the blue makes it look a little tacky.

If you're talking about the picture in my OP or the quick summary... i posted that to show a similar product so people can get an idea of what it looks like. It's not the actual product. Nobody can find a picture of this unit at nautilus' website or anywhere unfortunately. I might put up a few pictures if i remember tonight.
That's not it. Way different color and the vertical support beams angle backwards. I edited my OP and quick summary for another product that looks almost identical to the nautilus machine.

According to the bodybuilder forum it's this bench.
My question was also, what weights does in come with? Two 45's, 2 35's etc.
The way I see it, the bench is probably average street for what's on Amazon. $300-$350. The weights and two bars are probably worth another $250 street. And the accessories for leg curls and etc are $100. So we're loking at about $700-$800 worth of stuff for $200-$250. And that's from Online prices, not counting shipping.

I sooo want this, but I dont have the space for it! Thanks op
ajohnamous said: is there a compatible lat pulldown attachment for this bench?
Not that i know of. There's another deal at sams club for a similar bench that includes lat pulldown/rowing/fly machine, but you have to pay $350 - $370 (a very good deal though, considering those extras):
Online price is about $450 (including shipping) - is it cheaper in the store?
Not the same one... just check the fatwallet link.

I just picked one up, maybe 5 left at King of Prussia, PA for $250. Comes with 2-45s, 2-25s, 4-10s, 4-5s, 2-2.5s - also 4 clips. Fold up feature is nice. Typo on the first page of assembly instructions, they mean 3/4" bolts, not 1". Other than that, no problems, as long as you are strong enough to carry it away (comes in 5 manageable boxes), and your fatwallet econo-car can handle the weight.
Edit - looks almost identical to the Amazon picture.
omair2k2 said: very HOT deal...was just wondering, are you able do back/shoulder workouts?
You can put the bench at 80 or 90 degrees to do a military press for shoulder workouts... for back workouts, just put the bar on the floor and do deadlifts for lower back and bent over barbell rows for lats/traps.
Dedham, MA had 8+ sets at $249.97, I checked the Avon, MA and they had it at 199.97. I bought one and there was a minimum of 4 sets left as of 11:30AM. Going out the door the manager saw the set commented on what a great price it was. Now if only I can find an amazing deal on weight training knowledge and motivation.

Yes, it has spots for both bars to hold them vertically / standing up at the same time.
Thanks, I thought I saw that in some of the pics I was looking at, I just didn't think it would be able to hold the olympic bar. I figured the other little bar in the back was to store the plates. BTW, is there a storage for ALL the plates in the back?
So does anyone know the height and length of the bench when it's folded up?
