1. Is this really the Heavenly Bed?
W Pillowtop version is the same as Westin Heavenly Bed. Plush version with featherbed is what is at W Hotels .
2. What is the comparable retail bed?
Simmons Beauty Rest Classic Line, spec for spec. The W bed has a different fabric. Sleepy's comparable is the Simmons BeautyRest St. Gregory (Plush).
3. What is the difference between plush and pillowtop.
Base on firmness scale, the beds go from firm, plush, pillowtop. This is in regards to how much padding is on top of the bed. Pillowtops are softer. Many people think that pillowtops will wear out after X amount of time because the extra foam with condense due your body shape. Thus, many go with the plush with featherbed option.
