no expiration date listed.
I just ordered the Queen Plush set, frame, feather bed, and feather protector for $932 shipped to my door.
We only bought our Memory foam mattress from Costco back in December. I love it but the wife has not been too happy with it.
I hope my wife likes this one and that I love it as much as my memory foam.
PS - Gotta love the Costco return policy!!!! |

I know but I was wondering if anyone had asked them while they called in their orders. |

Heavenly bed on Nordstrom website
If you search the old discussion about these beds, a few FW's said that the CSR's told them that the pillowtop from the W Hotel is the same as the Heavenly Bed from the Westin. Of course, I would suggest doing some homework to confirm this to be true or not. Sychin is correct in saying that these are beds from the W hotel and not the Heavenly beds from the Westin.
There's no way that's true.. I've stayed at both and the W bed is much more comfortable. I still prefer my bed over both, but the W bed is better. |

I'm assuming that they will call to schedule a delivery date. Has anyone tried to change their delivery date? I'd prefer for it to be delivered to my new house, but it wont be ready for another 6 weeks. I was hoping that the 20% discount would be valid when I was ready to make my purchase, but when I saw 35%, I had to jump on that deal. |

Is there any reason people aren't getting their bedding accessories from overstock.com ? Seems like even after the couopon, overstock is much cheaper. Thanks. |

Warnning!!! I ordered a king size mattress set last month with 20% off. It was delivered yesterday. Laterly I found it was ripped. I called W Hotels . They said it's warranty issue, I should call Simmons. I called Simmons. They said it's not warranty issue, I should call W Hotels . I am so sad that no one is going to take care of me. I am kicked between the two companies. What should I do? Call my credit card company? File a complain at BBB? |

Call W back. Tell them if they don't fix it you'll call your credit card company.
Actually call back 1st, and play nice. If they say no, then say your going to call the card company. |

PLUSH TOP SET - $1295.00 PLUSH TOP MATTRESS ONLY - $1170.00 ------------------------------------- PLUSH TOP BOX SPRING = $125.00
PILLOW TOP SET - $1650.00 PILLOW TOP MATTRESS ONLY - $1215.00 ------------------------------------- PILLOW TOP BOX SPRING = $435.00
And CSR at W confirmed the same box spring(s) used for both.
WTF?
It seems like if you get the King Pillow Top it would be crazy to get the set instead of just the mattress only... or am I missing something? |

Next analysis: PLUSH TOP MATTRESS ONLY - $1170.00 FEATHERBED - $175.00 FEATHERBED PROTECTOR - $55.00 ------------------------------------- PLUSH/FEATHER COMBO - $1400.00
PILLOW TOP MATTRESS ONLY - $1215.00
Seems like the pillowtop is a better option than building a pillowtop from the featherbed as some people have mentioned. For one, its more expensive. Secondly, its not the same as the pillowtop taht people are raving about on the W and the Westin Heavenly Bed.
Or is the Plush/Feather more comfortable than the Pillowtop? What is actually in the hotels? |

All IMO... Reasons: - The pillowtop wears after a year or two. So, in this case, gives you an option to just get another featherbed. - If you are a clean freak (like my better half is), you can have the protecting cover washed once in a while. - For the dubious ones, gives a choice of two levels of comfort to choose from. (Just in case you like just the plush better than the pillowtop. Ofcourse, you have a price to pay in buying the featherbed. Heck, always throw it in the guest BR if you dont like it. I bet alteast some of your guests will have some good words to say about it)
I rest my case. From my defense, you can tell I went with the Plush + featherbead option. -Varsity |

Have you had personal experience or just quoting conventional wisdom? Just asking becasue I have a friend with the Heavenly bed that says the pillowtop is holding up perfectly after 3+ years. |
