Went to target this morning and found a smith and hawken coffee table at 75% off ($27). I brought it to the front to buy it and they wouldn't sell it because after they scanned it, the system said it's a recalled item. What could be so wrong with a wood patio coffee table that it would need to be recalled? I was bummed...
Anyway, I got:
~kodak picture printer for $15 (75% off)~ and some ~patio light sets for about $1.50 (75% off)~
These were in Austin, TX |

I read the first post, but I'm still having trouble figuring out what day of they week they might mark down the coffee tables? are coffee tables considered domestics or hosewares? I know it's not a guarantee, but which department are coffee tables/dressers/tv stands a part of? |

Got to Target just as the pricing team was beginning to mark down the outdoor seasonal items. Got the items that I wanted. Debated on the wood hammock stand that went down to $74.xx, it is a beauty.
Anyway, it was interesting that the pricing team had a cart with a number of items in it. I suppose they were possibly damaged, or ones that the two employees were going to purchase.
My question, has anyone asked a member of a pricing team for an item that was in their basket? and what happened?
TIA
Here's a couple items: ~ Copper and glass candle holder (styled like seaman's lamp) was 24.99 now 6.24 dcpi 078102858 Bird of Paradise silk flower was 24.99 now 6.24 dcpi 078102926 Wood hammock frame (very large) now $74.xx dcpi 009120001 ~ |

Well if it helps, they were 50% yesterday.... And they were with the outdoor / patio gear, which is a bit odd, as I think of them as 'furniture', which you would find near the entertainment center stuff...
Good luck!!! |

I just got myself one of these printers. This is the Kodak EasyShare Photo Printer 300, going for $14.98. Saw three at my store, and I wanted to pick up two. Be very careful though - all three at my store were not sealed anymore. After looking through the contents, one of them was missing the ink cartridge and the other one still had the cartridge but it looked used. It looks like they were missing other things as well, like some free sample photo paper. Nowhere was it indicated that this was a return or missing any items, which is peculiar. In the end, I only got one which was the one that looked complete.
So try to get one sealed, or check the contents carefully! |

I just bought it with the 2 piece chair set. Hmmmm, I think an employee at your store decided they wanted it.
There's nothing on their site about a recall:

Maybe this will help someone locally.
Target 3535 S La Cienega Blvd , Los Angeles, CA 90016-4407 US Phone: (310) 895-1131
Tiverton 2006 Bar
75% off.. they had 4 inside the store and another 15-20 stacked outside in the garden section. The box is LARGE and has a photo on it.. It also has a big green sticker saying "PATIO 17" on itt..
Hope this helps and someone gets a great deal.
They had a TON of other stuff still too.

I have never had a problem getting stuff from a basket. I have asked them for stuff and never been turned down, and I have just removed stuff if none was around...

Picked up in Livermore CA yesterday:
~Back To Basics Slushie Express $9.98 (50% off 19.99) DCPI 070 06 1214~ ~Back to Basics Slushie Express cup $2.78 (30% off 3.99) DCPI 070 06 1215~ yellow cup and pink cup same DCPI I've also seen individual bottles of the slushie syrup for $1.24 (50% off?) and packages of 3 bottles for $3.xx.
~Fly Speaker (for Fly Pentop Computer) $7.48 (50% off $14.99) DCPI 204 04 0748~ I don't have a Fly Pentop Computer, I bought this to use with an iPod Video and a Tao XM radio. This battery-powered (4 AA) speaker looks a little like a toy version of a Polycom speakerphone and has a self-contained cord with a standard 3.5mm headphone plug. Warm at 50%, I'd call it hot if you find it at $3.24 (75% off.)

Picked up two ~ Thomas O'Brien® Long Glamour Ottoman (regularly $129.99) one at $16.24 (75% plus extra 50%) and the other one at $32.48 (75% off) ~
Thomas O'Brien® Long Glamour Ottoman
One was missing a rubber bumper (little things you put at the end of the table legs). The nice manager gave extra 50% discount. I went to Home Depot later and bought those little things at $1 for 4.
Looks nice. And they don't look cheap like other fabric ottomans. These are made of silk! |
