From Amazon, $99.95, free shipping. not a bad deal considering the next closest price is $159.

Better than the All-Clad Nonstick roti pan, which has a non-stick interior. This one is stainless steel all around, but just a non-stick rack.

Linky

Thanks OP. This may be the first time in 3 years I've seen a true deal on any All-Clad Stainless piece (that wasn't a useless promotional item like a 7-inch skillet). Good deal.

I posted this a couple months ago, but it wasn't in stock then. now it is!

Does the 'roti' in the roti pan refer to what I think it refers to?

Bargain on a great pan.

i guess the question is, "is the petite roti a 3-ply pan, or is it solid stainless?"

i jumped in the may 2nd deal for the all-clad stainless roti pan with roasting rack and turkey forks for $99. it still hasn't shipped. i'm hoping that i get the 3-ply aluminum core pan and not the solid stainless pan.

here's a link to CaptainAlias' may 2nd post for the larger roasting pan: link

Well, the three ply aluminum core has obvious advantages for stove top use over solid stainless.

But does it matter in roasting applications?

That's what I see this pan being used for. </blockquote></blockquote>
