Are you bashing Onrebate cuz everyone else does, or from experience? From MY experience (about 12 rebates in last 3 months), ALL have been paid quickly with no issues. I think Onrebate is on the up-and-up, and certainly better than some others these days. I personally wouldn't let that be an issue.
Same here. Ive never had any issues with their rebates. |

serial number is on the power supply.

I don't think there is S/N for this product.
Called the rebate center, CSR said just use her ID as Serial#.

You can try to get one with a call. |

from email from customer service, for the hard drive enclosure, check the power plug, it has a serial number. that 's the only thing i bought and i asked if the power supply was the right serial number.
that's whay they said??? |

Thanks for all the posts above about the S/N thing. But i'm still confused here. So apparently email and phone answers that you guys got were different. Maybe i should call them up too. |

email them or call them and get a name. then document or keep the email just in case they try to screw with the rebate. when they do, show them the proof. |

i just called them and was told that they're not really strict with s/n. I can simply put "cannot find it" for all they care. I asked if it's ok to put the s/n of the power supply, and was told sure why not. |

This Sucks. I just got the following message. I am sure I sent the UPC code. This rebate house is a scam.
