How do you change the status icon on your topic? I notice some have a paper icon, some with a pencil and paper icon, some with a paper and 'Hot' written across. How do you do that?
just curious... thanks.

Well, the "Hot" icons are for the top 5 "hottest" threads (I think most views in the last xx mins). Also, "Dead" icons will appear if users have voted the deal dead. I think paper/pencil are just standard. You can't choose which one appears when you post.

Just to clarify:
B&M – Brick and mortar store (A physical retail store as opposed to an online merchant)
BM - Bowel Movement

Gold box is a clearance section on Amazon's web site... They give you a chance to buy 10 different items each day at heavily discounted prices. However, once you look at an item and decide not to buy it (you must decide before seeing the next) you can never look at it again (or buy it).
Usually it is a bunch of crap, but every once in a while something good will show up.
The posts only say: "Then apply $30/$150 coupon (70222)"

Yes Toneii, but you can only take (er, leave) a BM in a B&M... it just really doesn't work out too well trying to do that at an online store!!!

Chill out...the whole point of acronyms is to save time. Yes, it would only take a few extra seconds to type out the extra letters in a lot of cases. But when you add it up over and over again, a lot of time is ultimately saved. Why do you think acronyms are used in every business, corporation, and everyday life? TWLA (The World Loves Acronyms).
