And there's a Pricegrabber $5 Review Rebate, but only until 50 of them are requested. Get it while it lasts...

I have a 2.2GB US Modular Monster USB Drive, it is so slow and so hot, screws up my files regularly. I have to unplug and replug several times to get it recognized.
I saw one member here wrote this in an older thread about Privacy Guard: PrivacyGuard is a scam. I've been e-mailing and calling for over 8 months for them to send me the rebate on a flash drive I bought for my son. Also, they (Trilligent, and they are scammers too) starting charging me for their service even though I had called and cancelled during the "trial" period.
STAY AWAY - no, RUN AWAY from this company - it's not worth it!!!

Drive arrived from previous deal, completly unstable... tested with several usb2 and all.... thing is going back.... I bet the product is flawed and that's why it is going cheap. Avoid at all cost IMHO unless you really don't care about the data on it.
