this deal is back at OD. this time with free vista upgrade. does any1 know ....

1)how long it takes for these OD rebates to come in?

2)if this system will accept a good video card ... like maybe a PCI x16 7900 GS or something?

3)any better deals out there than this?

There was a Circuit City deal you miss last week for the Acer Dual-Core Athlon desktop for $310. Add a 19" monitor, and it comes out to be around $500. Same features, though.

They had this deal on BF for 499AR. Anyone with any insight on their Lenovo desktop and OD rebates?

just want to tell you guys, i went to OD to check this deal today.

The monitor is ok, but it does not have a DVI port, only a blue D-SUB, so i am going to pass it.

DDR2 4200 (533 Mhz) is slow. Don't buy it for playing games.
AM2 processor needs DDR2-6400 (800 Mhz) to run at full speed.
