I think its a decent price if someone is looking for this router.

Here is the link:

Make it sweet by adding something (preferably FAR items) else to take it over $100 and using the $20 off $100 coupons from eBay.

My first post, so please go easy on me.

I read -$24.98 in the title as MINUS $25 <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border=0> Perhaps an edit needed? <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border=0>

Exactly<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif" border=0>No deal here!

Thanks OP

Is this a good router? Whats the difference b/w this and the blue/black one? Thanks

Can you put hacked firmware on this router?

Not a bad deal OP. Thanks, in for one.

Router $25, Shredder $18, Remote $10 (or Phone $9)
Use 20 off 50, final is $5 plus tax after $28 rebates

does this router support qos? thx.

Beware. This router's firmware upgrade process is flacky. You cannot upgrade the firmware on this router, even the Linksys's offical firmware. I lost two of these during firmware upgrade. google this router's problems with firmware upgrade.

I will never buy a linksys or dlink router.

Buffalo is the way to go.

Buffalo is the way to go.I will never buy any router.

FAR or make money is the way to go. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border=0>

EDIT: I confess, I did buy two WRT54G v3.0 for $20 each.

I have one of this and it constantly stops working, will not perform the routing function, will not do the dhcp address assignments.

will not buy this again.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif" border=0>

I have this one which I bought for $5 when there was a coupon for $15 off $50 coupon and rebate. So far it rocks but with two issues

1. No QOs
2. Doesn't support dd-wrt Firmware since this is marvel chipset.

IMHO not worth for $25

Thanks OP. I got router and CA internet Security suite 2007 (3 rebates and one of the rebates requires router) for free with 30$ off 75$ coupon. Now I am going to make 20$ by getting Norton Confidential (40$ rebates requires router) + 10$ FAR item with 20$ off 50$.

Do not buy this router it is awfull. I have verizon dsl and the router stops working after a day or two. It completlty shuts off. check out Linksys support forums and you will read about this problem. Linksys has no fix.

At b&m, purchased 2 @ $25 each - $20 coupon (already expired) and $10 Staples Rewards check = $23 total incl. tax with 20oz Sprite filler.

For $10 each, I have some spares for clients.

Can you stack coupons like that?

Yes, you can stack coupons. But the limitation is you can use only one dollar off coupon and rest could be discount coupons (ex: $20 instant coupon saving) and ink coupons.

Out of Stock online.

avoid this router at all costs, iv had two now both drop signals and end up failing.

firmware upgrades, calls to tech support provide no help.

Im pretty sure that when you see a deal like this advertised online with a 5 digit coupon that you can get the deal in stores. The difference instore is that the price will be that which you would get after applying the coupon online...so the cash register would ring up $25.

I have one of these routers:

It constantly goes out. It just sits there and I have to wait for it to come back up. Both wireless and wired go out. I have to think its a product of heat.
I just tried updating the firmware with one provided officially by Linksys, non betaware. It failed and now Im RMA'ing the unit because it doesnt work anymore.

I bought my at $40 - $20AR. They will be on sale at CompUSA for the same price (after rebate), and Office Depot (no rebates) on black friday.
