The earrings offered are not the earrings shown in the photo. "I3" is basically a made-up grade of clarity. I2 is the lowest grade generally accepted for use in the jewelry industry. I2 as is sold by less scrupulous vendors is usually referred to by those in the know as "frozen spit" Imagine what the I3 must look like. Such stones have little value, perhaps a dollar or two apiece, simply because they can legally be called diamonds. They belong on the end of a drilling rig, not on ears. |
