Same deal as CC and BB but has a free Wireless G adapter worth ~ $60 retail so not bad. You basically get the adapter with Instant Rebate so no extra rebates on top of the $220 to worry about.

I'm excited about this deal but I'm really hoping someone can tell me what the subscription is for, and how much it costs (absolutely no pricing on the rebate form). Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to everone!
Do all Tivo's require a subscription to Tivo or is this more of a service plan in case something breaks?

All Tivo units need a subscription to the service. Here is their price plans:
Basically to get the rebate you need either to pay one year upfront or commit to a one year service with monthly payments. This is the best deal around because of the wireless adapter if you don't mind the rebate. Tivo offers you the same box free but no wireless adapter.
