I think this should be rolled as first post in this post by OP all the time. The whole purpose of going through these posts is to find the best to call The Mother Land.

Big deal. I can call India for free. All I have to do is call Dell for tech help, and they will connect me to India free.

Hey BigAl,

Keep posting those jokes so that people on FW realize that someone can have intelligence later in their age instead from childhood. Also, reading your jokes, FW community will realize that not only intelligent people but also retarded ones are fan of FWallet too....

Does any one have issues calling Airtel's 877 number. I am using Net2Phone VOIP phone, and I can't connect to airtel's 877 number (always busy / engage), I can call the same number from my cell phone with out any issues.

I wonder if any one else has the same issue?

Thanks

Try timewarner digital phone international, for $20 they are giving 3000 mins free every month.

Local + long distance unlimited + international 3000 mins every month comes up to 40-50 per month.

I cannot find the double talktime offer on the AirTel website. When I click on "Special Offers", I get the following message "We keep launching new and exciting offers. Please check back again!"

This should be moved to Deal Discussion.

These morons have withdrawn the offer. I had recharged for $100 and have asked for a refund!

I realize this is a bit of a topic change, and don't mean to hijack the thread, but I'm headed to India on Monday. Who has the most affordable SIM card for calling back to North America? (pre-paid... I'll only be there for 2 weeks)

Appreciate any advice.

Earlier today someone had posted a code for double minutes always for Stana Card, but I can't find the thread anymore. Maybe it was deleted?
Did anyone get the code by any chance?

Thanks!

I am having the same problem. I emailed N2P customer support, and they are telling me that it is not a problem at their end, but at Airtel's end. I was able to call the 877 number up until 2 weeks ago. Since then I have been getting a busy signal.

this is not available to whole of US though. I mean the service is available only in couple of states. They do not have service is all 48 states.
