Update - 12/16/06 - I wanted to give more info to everyone..I got Nokia 1100. I used a 60 minutes airtime card I had bought earlier and clicked on the "Get double Minutes" image in the email I got..then I selected "Add airtime" tab in tracfone website.. entered my IMEI , air time code and the promo code 57676 (thanks to flathead). I GOT 60 + 60 = 120 MINUTES AND THE EXPIRY DATE CHANGED TO 5/15/2007.

using promo code 57676 (thanks to flathead) on 60 min card extended te expiry date to 5/15/2007.

Looks like Tracfone insders are getting the emails...you can go to tracfone home page and see the image on the bottom right corner and click that to become a member of tracfone insider

What's the code for the double units? There is nothing on the website showing this promo.

Information is scarce, Please give enough!

Got the same email. All popup blockers turned off and all Tracfone cookies allowed. Did not work for me from clicking through the email link. Will call them later. I have Tracfones for my family and we don't use alot of airtime units. Need the additional 60 days more than extra 60 minutes. Just now used code 57676 with a 60 minute airtime card and it extended my expiration date until 05/15/2007.

Muchas Gracias, me friend. Exactly what I needed. Worked like charm.

Used this same code to buy 450 minutes. Got 3640.9 minutes. Checked with my credit card company and was only charged once for 450 minutes. Christmas miracle?

Just used the code on a 60 minute card, bumped my date from 2/10/07 to 6/10/07

I bought 400 minutes for $80 and used one of these codes (wasn't the one in this posting as I thought). I don't remember which one. Every hour it kept adding minutes and finally stopped at 3640

50 Free TracFone Bonus Minute on 400 minute cards Coupon Code : 56817 or 58732 or 52262 or 53393 or 51304 or 56841 or 55712 or 55381 or 50832 or 58049

I entered the code(on a 60 prepaid card)via the phone itself- just to see what happens. I wonder how long it takes for the minutes to activate/appear on the phone? I'll update this technique later- unless someone else does first.

edit: green for OP.

Just used the code -57676- for 60 extra days of service with a 60-minute card and it worked. However, for the second time in the past few weeks, I clicked the link for adding 30-days or 30-minutes for $5 and got a "Sorry" message. Has anyone been able to get this to work?

Thank you back at you OP (beatmesweety). I just now used another 60 minute card and it gave me 120 minutes through the email link and good until 05/15/2007 with promo code 57676. The first time it didn't work was with a Motorola C155 but it just now worked perfect with my Nokia 1100.

Can I use the Samsung phone from STI at Staples with this airtime cards? If so how do I ported the number?

Just an FYI. I added a 120 minute card directly into the phone with the code. It only gave me 120 minutes, but it did extend my airtime to June 2007 (from February).

Hi 6xmum. Give Tracfone a call at 1-800-867-7183 and explain to them that the link in your email to double your minutes didn't work. I just now called and they manually added 60 minutes to my Motorola C155 because the link did not work. It took about 10 minutes of my time but I got my double minutes, they said it was a glitch in their system causing it to not work correctly sometimes.

You are welcome flathead! I also used it on Nokia 1100 and my original expiry date on the phone was 12/31/2006 before it extended it to 05/15/2007. It's like 5.5 months! not sure the reasoning behind 5.5 months extension instead of 2 or 4 months.

not sure whether you used the link from the email you may have received which would have given you 60 extra minutes as well.

Yes..the link for adding 30 or 60 extra min/days did not work for me too. actually it didn't work last time when i wanted to add too.

enter the code on the phone is another option to add airtime..but i prefer adding on the web and the airtime would usually get added rightaway..i have never had to wait not even once.

not sure whether you followed a different "technique" that we don't know of!
