Update - 12/16/06 - I wanted to give more info to everyone..I got Nokia 1100. I used a 60 minutes airtime card I had bought earlier and clicked on the "Get double Minutes" image in the email I got..then I selected "Add airtime" tab in tracfone website.. entered my IMEI , air time code and the promo code 57676 (thanks to flathead). I GOT 60 + 60 = 120 MINUTES AND THE EXPIRY DATE CHANGED TO 5/15/2007.
Got the same email. All popup blockers turned off and all Tracfone cookies allowed. Did not work for me from clicking through the email link. Will call them later. I have Tracfones for my family and we don't use alot of airtime units. Need the additional 60 days more than extra 60 minutes. Just now used code 57676 with a 60 minute airtime card and it extended my expiration date until 05/15/2007.
Muchas Gracias, me friend. Exactly what I needed. Worked like charm.

Used this same code to buy 450 minutes. Got 3640.9 minutes. Checked with my credit card company and was only charged once for 450 minutes. Christmas miracle?
Just used the code on a 60 minute card, bumped my date from 2/10/07 to 6/10/07

I bought 400 minutes for $80 and used one of these codes (wasn't the one in this posting as I thought). I don't remember which one. Every hour it kept adding minutes and finally stopped at 3640

I entered the code(on a 60 prepaid card)via the phone itself- just to see what happens. I wonder how long it takes for the minutes to activate/appear on the phone? I'll update this technique later- unless someone else does first.
edit: green for OP.

Just used the code -57676- for 60 extra days of service with a 60-minute card and it worked. However, for the second time in the past few weeks, I clicked the link for adding 30-days or 30-minutes for $5 and got a "Sorry" message. Has anyone been able to get this to work?

Thank you back at you OP (beatmesweety). I just now used another 60 minute card and it gave me 120 minutes through the email link and good until 05/15/2007 with promo code 57676. The first time it didn't work was with a Motorola C155 but it just now worked perfect with my Nokia 1100.
Can I use the Samsung phone from STI at Staples with this airtime cards? If so how do I ported the number?

Just an FYI. I added a 120 minute card directly into the phone with the code. It only gave me 120 minutes, but it did extend my airtime to June 2007 (from February).

Hi 6xmum. Give Tracfone a call at 1-800-867-7183 and explain to them that the link in your email to double your minutes didn't work. I just now called and they manually added 60 minutes to my Motorola C155 because the link did not work. It took about 10 minutes of my time but I got my double minutes, they said it was a glitch in their system causing it to not work correctly sometimes.
You are welcome flathead! I also used it on Nokia 1100 and my original expiry date on the phone was 12/31/2006 before it extended it to 05/15/2007. It's like 5.5 months! not sure the reasoning behind 5.5 months extension instead of 2 or 4 months.

not sure whether you used the link from the email you may have received which would have given you 60 extra minutes as well.
Yes..the link for adding 30 or 60 extra min/days did not work for me too. actually it didn't work last time when i wanted to add too.

enter the code on the phone is another option to add airtime..but i prefer adding on the web and the airtime would usually get added rightaway..i have never had to wait not even once.
not sure whether you followed a different "technique" that we don't know of!

I tried the code to reactivate my nokia 1100 that got expired 2 days ago, and I got extra 2 months -- it's now expiring in 4/15/2007! That's 4 months instead of the usual 2 months. I was using a referral code (from refer-a-friend promotion), and did the reactivation through the phone (I tried reactivating online, but it gave me an error... so I called it). Thanks OP!!!
EDIT: I tried on another nokia 1100 that is expiring on 1/1/07, using phone's Menu -> Prepaid -> Redeem Airtime -> (enter airtime pin from refer-a-friend promo + 57676), got 240 minutes and expiration 5/15/2007!!!
As someone mentioned you can still try calling the customer service and get the extra minutes..looks like they have no issues doing that..

Thanks for the info -- actually, I would be more interested in lengthening the expiration time rather than getting more minutes (already having more minutes than I could ever use... I wonder if the code is "supposed" to extend the expiration to 5/15/2007. The message I received on my cell is 120 + 120 bonus minutes... nothing said about extra service time.
EDIT: Actually even if I go directly to tracfone to buy airtime I see the same link!!! May be the promotion is for everyone who use the website since yesterday.
May be tracfone insders are getting the emails...you can go to tracfone home page and see the image on the bottom right corner to become a member of tracfone insider
mikebeets said: I used code 57676 on the 13th.[web] Was it too early to get these double minutes ?
60 mn + 5 months were added.
I mostly need the days, but I could always use more minutes.
Anything I could do to get these 60 extra mn , please ?

On the page after you select a card and input the bonus code, is it supposed to say anything about the doubled units? I select a 60 unit card, but on the next page all it says is 60 units $19.99 along with the box on the right to add another 60 days for $10, etc. No mention of any units being doubled. (No mention of the bonus code being invalid either, however). I want to be sure before I enter CC info...
Has anyone tried this with a 'Refer-A-Friend' promotion code? I have several of those waiting to be used but I don't want to use them right now if I won't get bonus days of service..

I was under the inpression that those codes all became invalid after October 16, 2006, as it seems to state on their website. Unless... anyone know a way to still refer a friend?

Those promotion codes are still valid. You just cannot do the referral after October 16.
By the way, I used the promotion code to add 120 referral minutes and I got only 120 minutes, but it extended my expiration date to June 2007!
Code 57676 added me 2 more additional months. Expiration reads: 06/17/06 instead of 04/17/06
Edit: Before you do this. Sing up with a valid email address to 20mins promotion. Lower right bottom of the tracfone . com

Right now my exp. date is 2/09/07. If I use this bonus code will my date extend 120 days more to 6/09/07?? (Which would give me about 6 months until expiration; I thought tracfone had a max of 120 days you could add at one time?; help please)

Airtime 60 units - TracFone Prepaid Wireless Airtime Card 60 units - Promotional Airtime 120 units - Total Airtime
Your phone will remain active through 5/15/2007
EDIT: my old expiration date was 30 DEC 2006
Excellent! I did the same thing that OP stated in his update. Used the link in the email to get to Tracfone website, clicked Add Airtime, the Rapid Refill page came up but I clicked Use the WEB at the bottom, entered airtime code from a card I already had and the promo code. doubled the minutes and added 5 months of airtime.
Just wondering if anyone has tried doing it twice? If you enter another airtime doe and the promo code again could it possibly extend service longer? Anyone brave enough to try?

Quoting myself^: I added a genuine 60 unit card using the Redeem Airtime option on my phone along with the 57676 bonus code. I got the message '60 units added' (NO mins doubled) but my expiration did extend a whole 4 months to 6/9/07. All i really wanted was the date extension, so thanks OP!

Has anyone tried 54064 to see if you get 150 mins or 58094 to see if you get 300 mins?
I just added referral minutes that I've had in my inbox for 4 months. The minutes did not double, but I got the extra time from 57676.
I added the codes via the phone because I kept getting an error on the website. Just enter the PIN followed by the 57676 code in the Redeem Airtime section.
120 minutes added Original expiration: 3/22/07 New expiration: 7/15/07

About 10 hours later the minutes still hadn't shown up. I got "Invalid Code" error after trying again on the phone itself(again). So I added the 60 minutes card code(with promo code 57676) online, and only received the 60 minutes... but extended airtime from 12-27-06 to 5-16-07. I've always had problems adding minutes to this refurbed Nokia 2600, and usually have to call CSR(always very time-consuming for me). Next up... I'll try this code on the Motorola C155. Hmm... online, landmine, or via the phone itself? (wonders if the results would be the same?)

update: Added a 60 minute card with the promo code online, and received 60+60 minutes(120 total) and extended airtime from 1-5-07 to 5-16-07. This was on the refurbed Motorola C155. It's strange how the code works differently on different phones?? My refurbed Nokia 2600 looks better, but has been mostly problems. For anyone trying to decide between the two... go with the Motorola C155.

57676 with a 400 minute card does not double minutes. It adds 30 days of service.
