I wonder if anyone else is getting $4 off $20 purchase instead of extra bucks? I used to get them but now all I get is 4 off 20 crap? Whats up with that. I get alot of Rx too.

That is EXACTLY what is happening in metro Chicago since CVS bought all the freestanding Osco stores. Just gettin JUNKY, WORTHLESS coupons. As a single I am as likely to make a $20 purchase at any one store as I am to win the Chicago Marathon at age 60 and never been an athlete. Cannot earn/use ECB. NEVER list ECB deals on our ads. Have filed a complaint w/ CVS on line. Reply was that the regional sales manager would be in touch w/ me. Reply was dated Nov. 15. Good thing I did not hold my breathe.
i started a thread in Deal Discussion (CVS Shafts Chicago)and all I have gotten is flamed. Glad to hear from a fellow sufferer. At least I know I am NOT the dumb, crazy one.
Personally, I have elected to put my hard earned $$$$ to better use. If CVS runs an item on sale you can bet Walgreens, Osco or one of the big local grocery chains will do the same on either the same or a comparable item within a couple weeks. Di I care if I buy Crest or Colgate, Angel soft or Northern, Arrid or Ban? FAT CHANCE!!! Guess where I buy it. AND that is even considering that I live 1/2 block from a CVS.
marvholly, by now you should know that any ECB thing CVS runs is nationwide, and not region-specific. You don't get specials in your ad? Check another city. buy $20 worth of stuff (such as clearasil this week), use $4 off $20, get back $20 ECB (and probably another $4 off $20/$3 off $15) coupon, use that next week, etc.

I bought 20 dollars worth of clearasil products , but dont want them, and have not used the extra bucks yet that i printed out from online, I can stil retrun the clearasil right?
and what would hapeen if i used the 20 dollar extra bucks, then returned the clearasil products with original receipt,
