Roxio MacWorld specials

To get Toast alone:

1. Add any download bundle to the cart
2. Click your back button
3. Add the CD-ROM version of the same bundle to your cart
4. Delete either the download or the physical copy and you're left with Toast alone for $69.99.

Competitive / Upgrader Rebate pdf link: To qualify for the $20 upgrade/competitor mail-in rebate you must be a licensed user of a full retail
the following products: Toast, Jam, Toast with Jam, Easy CD Creator or Easy CD & DVD Creator.

This is the version with the new Mac TivoToGo features.

Use FatWallet Now to get 6% Cash Back.

Also, use code ANNIVERSARY for an extra 10% off on any bundle. It works on the Sennheiser headphone, EyeTV 250, EyeTV Hybrid (note no QAM) or the other Tivo bundle. If you're buying Toast alone like me, it's $71.14 shipped, or $51.14 AR.

If you're playing around and can't get it to work, delete your cookies. If you use ANNIVERSARY once, it won't let you use it a second time.

How's about some green toast!??!?

Doesn't work. If you delete one or the other, you're still left with the 2nd element of the bundle, whose quantity is not reversible.

Try it this way:

add downloadable
add physical
delete downloadable

That's how I got mine to work. For a second shot, delete any cookies that have "roxio" in them.

Ah, got it! Any chance of getting FC w/o having to resort to Fatwallet Now? I tried the roxio link the FC way, but couldn't find where those Macworld specials were located. Was your macworld link a special link not connected to the normal site?

FC might be invalidated by the coupons. You can always try going down the FC road in a second window and then hitting "view cart." If you see your discounted cart in the second window, you should get FC.

I'm about to pull the trigger on this; but since I don't quality for the AR price, I wonder if this is as hot as it's gonna get for awhile -- i.e. $65 with Buy.com and GC? or $67 with Amazon? (at least, that's what the pricing was for Toast 7, when it first hit the market).

not at buy.com

You think roxio will ship right away, once its official released tomorrow? (Amazon shows a pre-order release date of 1/15.) I realize it's not at Buy, yet, but will be in the coming weeks. Sometimes, Buy will have decent deals on Toast, particularly when it tacks on its own in-house $20 rebate + GC.

Thanks OP!
The Tivo Glo Remote is a very nice remote. And the Tivo Wireless Adapter supports WPA on Tivo.

Damn. I wish they had a bundle with the Wireless adapter, but without the Glo Remote.

Why pay for software that you may not really need? Unless you don't already have burning software you're paying too much for very limited functionality. Instead, use something like TivoDecodeManager. It's completely free and makes your Mac and your Tivo very friendly with each other.

That said, this is a great deal if you were planning to purchase the newly released Tivo2Go for the Mac.
