It was delivered yesterday. I am out of my home for couple of months. Sorry, I can't say anything about quality. I am pretty sure they are real Creative EP-630 only bulk. In fact, to make fake one could be more expensive than real one. I am glad I ordered it for $8. |

Blatant and obvious "testimony" by someone who stands to gain by FW'ers being sucker'ed in...
P.S. Your logic doesn't even make sense to anybody with a reasonable amount of intelligence. How in the world would it be more expensive to make a fake one?? The whole idea of knock-offs is to that they are lower quality imitations that only look like the real thing; none of the expensive/high-quality components that are in the authentic product are used in the fake ones. |

And are they a "J" or "Y" wire? My real EP630's are truly awesome - paid full price a year ago and they are worth every cent of the full retail price. I think $20-$30 spent vs. a lot more on shures is the way to go for most people and just skip this $8 knockoff BS.

Dear "anybody with a reasonable amount of intelligence" to make fake/replica in real word in many cases means a lot more money spend for special forms/materials/labels...etc. than just make the same one on the same equipment. Please don't overprice your "intelligence" my friend. |

at this price, i would suggest the jvc marshmallow's from Buy.com for ~$8 using the google checkout discout. very good value headphones vs. a iffy counterfeit. |

fake or not, at this price, you'll get what you pay for. i fell victim to the Koss deal on here and sure enough they came, were light as promised but fit and sounded like dookie.
to be honest, as a throw away pair, they are great... but ill put on my shure e4c's and e5's and risk a mugging on a NYC subway anyday over the koss |

LOL!! I would think that the "special forms/materials/labels" would cost just as much for the company making the real authentic product with the high-quality version of the parts, not to mention they also paid for the research and development to design the product, and also lots more money to market and package the product than the eBay account and cheesy website plus the fake oem bags counterfeiters are using.
Thanks for defending the high costs of making a counterfeit product, though. Now everybody can really see what "you're all about." (That's an American idiom, btw. I really don't mind that you won't understand it, I'm posting this last part for everybody else).
Sorry, everybody, for getting into a back-and-forth conversation (argument?) in this thread; I think we're technically still on topic, but I don't like talking in this tone, so since I've said everything that I need to say to "fatwalletmem" now, I'll let him stick his own foot in his mouth. |

yeah...more expensive..as if the real guys don't pay crap for R&D. So does the fake maker pay someone to work on R&D? I am pretty sure they just get parts and assemble it like nobody else business whetreher it sound like crap or nuts |

So many replies and none regarding the quality of this item. Speaks volumes, I guess. |

just got mine. I havent listened too em too much, but I have played around with them. I have no frame of reference to the more expensive real versions of these buds, so I cannot compare accurately. I can say that for eight bucks I am very happy. They make good subway and street buds for New York. They isolate sound well and are comfortable. I have found them to be a little bassy. I checked them versus the phillips earbuds that look like the Bose ones and the sound was definitely bassy, but not annoyingly so and I am sure that could be corrected via sound/eq settings. |

got mine the other day. used them today. they fit well and isolate noise extremely well. they are pretty bassy. only complaint is that somehow, they sound out of phase. its very hard to explain. vocals sound monophonic but all the other sounds are extremely stereo. dunno what thats all about but ill throw on my sony buds and compare later. not bad for 8 bux tho...
edit: i got the "Y" cord, not the "J". |

I received mine. I also ordered the Sennheiser. They seem ok. So far, I've only used them with my Dell laptop, which emits some annoying noise out of the headphone jack. That's a problem with the laptop, not the headphones, since I've had the same problem running the audio out to my stereo.
I also ordered some 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapters, but received a Y adapter instead. I wrote the company an email and they apologized, offering to either refund my $2 or send me the correct merchandise. I chose the latter and they're shipping today.
I'm happy with the transaction and recommend this company.

I received mine.
The style of these is they fit tightly into the ear. Therefore, I needed to set the mp3 player's volume lower. The issue for me is that when I take them out on the street walking, the sound of the cord bumping my clothes, or the wind whistling, is also transmitted to my ear, as well as the music.
My reference point is the stock ipod earphones. I think that when I am listening to the instrumental backgrounds sounds, it is easier to hear the individual instruments with these than I can with the ipod earphones. I find them to be comfortable. They don't tire out the ears with too much brightness.
They took rather long to arrive. I've used them about two weeks now. |

I was noticing that right away! As soon as I stuck in my ear, I noticed them making loud thumping noises when the cord bumps my clothes. Anyone know if this happens with the real thing? I don't think all in-ear canal buds are this way. |
