Check this site to see if you have any unclaimed money owed to you by the State of Illinois.

I checked myself and saw that I have $40 coming back to me.

Most states have unclaimed money pages on thier web pages, for example, yours references this @ http://www.sls.lib.il.us/reference/por/features/98/unclaim.html
