Check your Nicoderm CQ (14ct or larger) boxes for the TINY Mail-in $25 Visa Gift Card Offer!

Offer requires 3 UPCs, Mail In Certificate, and Receipt.

So, the free boxes from the Committed Quitters offer may not work since the receipt is required and it says something about third-party payment arrangements aren't valid.

However, it does NOT say that a minimum puchase price must be met so in theory the $3.60 may paid may suffice so long as there's some sort of receipt/invoice showing someting was paid.

The CVS registers will only take one of the Heartbeat $5 coupons per transactions.

For what it's worth, y'all might want to check with your local County Public Health Office. They may offer something like 2 free months of patches, gum, lozenges, or even refunds for some of the new medications out there like Buproprian (re-labeled Wellbutrin) and Chantix. They may also offer the next two months at something like $40/month for the patch for example.

If you call County Health, ask for Tobacco Prevention or something like it, and if they don't offer this deal, ask for referrals to community clinics that may offer this deal.

Quitting smoking is as tough as it gets, I did it cold turkey, and it took several tries, but if I had it to do again I'd take the patch.

Yes, looks like the price would be $6.05 more per box for Fresh mint flavor; but Regular mint is the same price as original flavor quoted above.

My neighborhood CVS does not carry (or has run out of) fresh mint nicorette, but has the "fruit chill" flavor for the same price. Still pretty good

I could only apply one coupon from the bunch of $10 and $5.
I'm going for the second 110 4 mg Nicorette pack (I know it's not recommended, but I plan to use 2 mg halves ).
This goes well with the very cheapo "freebie" deal, posted by Dee in the freebies forum: another 40 gums for less than $4!

Edit: those initial automatic $5 didn't apply either!

OK, I messed up the first time. I only bought one Nicorette pack, without being aware that the 24 ECB are only awarded when buying 2 packs on the same purchase. Darn printer, why did it print only one coupon?
So I went back for a return-rebuy. I was able to move the previously pack on the new invoice, and to apply the previously applied $4 off $20 I had on the last invoice.
I should be good by now. And just another thing: where I am there are 4 mg packs with 130 pieces, meaning the regular 110 pieces, plus 10 pieces with fresh mint flavor and another 10 with fruit chill flavor. This pack has the same price!

If only 1 (instead of 2) Heartbeat $5 coupon is allowed at CVS, then might try this new $10 coupon & get extra $5 off.

Awesome deal OP! Thanks, I'm wearing a patch right now but it's not doing as much as I thought it would but that's not why I'm posting.

I opted to get a pack of patches and a pack of the gum and when I got home I noticed yet another offer taped to the oustide of the Nicoderm CQ patches box. BTW, the box of patches that I got also had 3 bonus patches in it making it a 17ct box instead of 14.

Back to the offer... the offer basically gives you a choice between a $25 Visa gift card and a #41 Nicoderm CQ Dodge (diecast?) collectable car from the Nascar Busch Series. The offer is a mail-in and requires 3 upc codes so with this offer you'll need to get one more box. I'm currently waiting on a box of patches (which would make 3 for me) from the "Committed Quitters" offer here which sends you a box of patches or gum for the price of shipping.

So, if you got the patches and have another box of patches laying around or got in on the Committed Quitters deal then you'll end up getting another $25 on a Visa.

Reporting back.
Although the deal didn't work as planned (couldn't apply the Heart Beat coupons, nor did the auto promos apply), I am now about six weeks smoke-free. BTW, I used the $24 ECBs for buying a nice supply of tropical trail mix bags I needed an alternative job for my mouth in lieu of smoking...
I hardly used the nicotine gums: only during the first ten days and after a trip to NY (I guess I saw so many people smoking there that I kinda got caught by the stream).
By now, the Nicorette purchase costs are about to be offset by the cost of the non-purchased cigarettes. And I am planning to send parts of my Nicorette stash to a friend who is trying to quit (but in the Big Apple it's harder). I already gave her the fruity ones from the other $4 shipping deal.

Thanks OP, it's the first non-finance deal with the potential to win big from.
