Well, no promises... but I'll try to catch my brother before he leaves town. Hopefully he still has his receipt.

But, will they even pricematch a "price adjustment"? I haven't looked at his receipt, but I assume it shows some type of override or manual subtraction (they originally rung up @ 19.99 each). Unless they ignore all that and just look at the "final" prices (ie. GTA:VC + GTA:SA = $4.xx)? Just wondering as I've never pricematched a scan of someone's receipt; although, I constantly read about people on deal forums doing exactly that.

For those of you who haven't figgured this out... there are different versions of GTA. The one with the red thing along the top is NOT the version on clearance.

Got GC version of HArvest moon this evening.... stores still have stuff! This deal is not dead....just YMMV as all clearance sales are.

Many of you bought these games and now you are talking about returning them? Why waste time and money doing this in the first place?

How much eBay profit do you all think you can make? These games suck and really wont sell that well, if BB can sell them for such a reduced price you can be sure theres a reason.

It just makes me sick that people will stand outside in the snow, drive from store to store, and bring bags to load up on crappy discounted ps2 games.
There was a post in here, talking about buy $1.99 and get a trade in credit around $8+, so you can use the credit for new release of your games. There may not be value on eBay, but there are value for itself.

The pickens were slim in Cincinnati Monday evening.

BestBuy Springdale had about 12-15 XBox and GBA games all told. They were not marked but were on a cart.
BestBuy Deerfield Township had less than 10 games that I could tell across the same 2 formats (and 360) the strange/impressive thing about this store is all of the price tags (the ones attached to the plastic dividers)were updated at in between 3am-4am on the 26th and had the correct prices for all of the games. IE I could see what I missed out on. I did end up buying a 1 GBA 1.99 and 1 XBox game 9.99 at the DT BB, but they were both the last ones.

Anybody have luck with the pre-buy/rebuy strategy that was being thrown around this weekend?

Did they honor the new prices?
