review looks good...

thanks op

not sure if printing label sheet from inkjet, or rubber stamp, or this is more cost effective...

Edit: saw that it's after instant rebate

"receive a $40.00 instant rebate (10376093). One coupon per order, may order unlimited times. An instant credit will be applied to your basket at checkout"

Green for op

from Provantage....

"...Introducing the easy-to-use Brother QL-500 Quick PC Label Printer that prints address and shipping labels, up to 2.4" wide, on easy-to-peel die cut paper and continuous length film labels. The Brother QL-500 also prints file folder, CD/DVD and visitor badge labels for just pennies a piece. Plus, no wasted sheets to worry about because you can print one label, a few or hundreds at a time!..."

great find op! From now on I do not have to print out and then cut the label into small pieces.
Green for you.

I also found this @ TigerDirect for $39.99 without instant rebate. Wonder if its worth the TD hassels

umm. why? Buy.com has it with free shipping and same price w/ instant rebate.

ps: HAWT! DEAL OP. thanks.

got one, thanks OP
Have been looking at them everytime a deal comes up,, finally pulled the trigger at this price.

Add GCO and get another $10 off

EDIT: nm...guess this won't work. I wonder if the %7 coupon listed on another thread would work?

Can I use this instead of UPS provided label printer?

Thanks.

Actually no, because of the instant coupon, you can't use google checkout.

The labels are way different sizes. For a UPS label printer my suggestion would be to get one on eBay, the Zebra 2543 will work and is cheaper, although installing it was a pain for me. If you look you can find it for around $40. The Zebra 2844 is the one that UPS currently gives out, but is much pricier.

Edit: UPS also gives you labels for free.

I bought one of these a few months ago, and I can't believe how much I like it.

The label design software is quite powerful, and it will even allow you to do things like paste images from the clipboard for rendering to black and white on the printed label. I've created a shipping label with my return address and favorite college team mascot -- all I have to do is add the ship to address, print, and I'm done. I've also used it to mail merge a list of employee names onto "hello my name is" nametags. Setup=about 15 minutes to pick the fonts/sizes, etc. Printing=about a minute for 35 labels. It was awesome.

It's a steal at this price. I bought another so I'll have a backup if mine breaks.

thanks! got in on one. perfect for the wedding invitations.

Great deal - picked up one. These are priced at over 100 at OfficeDepot and 90 at officemax and that doesnt include shipping.

Good deal.

Limit (5) per customer

No again!

I tried, and no-go on the 7% off "we miss you" coupon when combined with the instant rebate.
