Just thought I would give a heads up on some hard to find USA made towels @ bedandbathstore.com

3.99 bath towels

I've been using Martex and Utica for years. Really nice stuff compared to cheaper towels from Amazon.com etc. I've been trying to find a good store that I could buy replacements from.

Anyway, seems like a good company. Shipped same day I ordered. They have a lot of USA made textiles, which is next to impossible to find anywhere else. I also picked up some higher-end supima cotton towels I havent tried yet.
Supima cotton is similar to egyptian, just branded as Supima by the american cotton growers as "the words finest cotton" You can read here - Supimacotton.org
Supima cotton high-end towel (USA grown cotton, made in USA)

Another decent deal is the Utica towel (also made in USA) I've been using this exact type of towel for years, has held up extremely well
USA grown cotton, made in USA

According to UPS, they ship out of Alabama (OPELIKA,AL, US)

I also found a coupon code "Save10" for an additional 10% off your order.

Again, this is more for the people out there that are USA textile fans.

any feedback on the quality?

I bought a bunch of Martex towels and washcloths from Amazon some years ago during another hot fatwallet deal. The Egyptian cotton is very soft and at first I was very happy with them, but the ends on half the towels I bought unraveled after about a year of average use. At this price it might be worth taking a chance, but if you want good quality look elsewhere. The washcloths are still holding up.

i've never used the Egyptian cotton kind, but the regular cotton i've used for about 10 years. Its just they've become hard to replace now that most of them are showing age since I cant find them.
