Not much of a deal in terms of quality. If you believ these things cost 100 bucks, you are wrong. It uses mostly fake leather and the material is pretty thin. Expect a few tears after some use. If possible, look at teh Sears reviews.

the description says Shell: 100% Lambskin leather. Lining: 100% Polyester. only one review on two of the coats Review on one coat said zipper jammed after 3 months (Heck this just happened on my zeroxposur) and other coat says it tears easy. Not too worried because I just got this for husband for weekends and dress.

i was thinkking about getting it....but i think i'll pass after reading that.
At least it is not one of the pieces of chinese crap made out of strips of leather. $29.99 does not seem to be too much even if it is not a $250 jacket.

And now, back to to realityland.
These are not "mostly fake leather". The lambskin jacket is fine. The leather is a bit on the thin side, and the styling is pedestrian. But beyond that, it's a perfectly serviceable jacket. If this were a name brand jacket (instead of carrying the Sears house name Covington) it would be a $300-350 list price jacket. The lambskin jacket is certainly the best jacket you're gonna find for $40. I personally think the cheaper jacket looks too cheap. But it is not "fake leather". I think the poster who said that must be referring to the Anthony Geary model leatherette Members Only jacket he's been wearing for years.
Nice- bought 2 of each of the XL microsuede jackets at $15 each (2 for me and 2 for Dad) and few a doodads, a cpl of Sweaters. Not super quality probably, but it costs nearly that much to dry clean a jacket in NYC so as long as they last, that's fine. Thanks.
Thanks, picked one up...Sears needs to stop having coat deals, I keep buying them...

Touche! Wears it while dousing his hair in "Just for Men" and whistling 'it looks so natural, no one can tell....'
Wow, the Sears site is COMPLETELY HOSED. I'm trying it with Firefox and IE and my shopping cart is all screwed up. Random sale items popping in and out all over the place. My brother is at my parent and he was getting the same results. It feels like multiple people are "using" the same shopping cart! At one point, I think I got my cart right and went all the way to the page where I entered in my CC info, then hit the confirm button, but then I think it messed up and went to the Sears homepage.

Someone should get fired for this crappy website!
I didn't have that problem, but I had a problem with stuff in my cart just dissappearing. I'd put 2 or 3 items in my cart, then go to add another and the ones I'd already added would be gone. This wasn't because those items were out of stock (I was eventually able to purchase them)...There's something wrong with their "clever" website.
But then, Sears.com has always kind of sucked, with their "go all the way to the end of checkout before we tell you an item is out of stock" system.

Saw this in the Jcpenney outlet and instantly thought of you. ARIZONAŽ Pleather Jacket Was $60.00; Outlet Price $16.99 Made of PVC( is this like recycled milk jugs or what?) Didn't even think they made these anymore, Yuck.
