seems like a pretty good price. there are some complaints on the reviews about it not being compatible with intel macs and runs at a slower 533mhz. doesn't fit in some HP 's

Also you should be aware that the rebate form states one rebate per household. Kinda blows for those who want to swap both dimms.

I don't think it's possible to use the 20% off too. I think that is one of those instant savings type things and not a coupon code......Oh the day day Newegg sports a 20% off anything coupon, there is gonna be plenty of broke FW'ers including myself.
