whats bad about pc-4200? I just bought the Toshiba A-135-S28?? ($380 at OD) today. Would this memory upgrade work for it? Or should I look for something else? Thanks, seems like a hot deal to me.

Your laptop is taking both PC2-4200 and PC2-5300 according to Crucial website, so this should work fine. Enjoy!

I know it's the same pin and same speed, but I called Kingston and they said it's not in their compatibility list.
