I would say SMALL, not Medium as someone else offered. I am 5'4" and 116lbs and I wear XS in the cotton V-strings. I have weighed as much as 122lbs in the past few years and have worn XS for as long as I can remember, smalls are too big for me. Definitely go for small, if she wears Med (which I doubt) then she can exchange them at the store because that's the size she prefers and you DON'T think she's fat.

EDIT: COTTON PANTIES RUN BIGGER THAN OTHER STYLES, AND THEY STRETCH!

Even though I inserted the code and even though I was one of the first to take advantage of this (so it seemed), I did not get the XR 203343 Garden Coffret with my order.

I emailed them, and they said that I could get either/of of the Coffrets and not both. I got the Atomizer.

I got charged $10.94 on my credit card.
