same here...this is BS...I cant believe VS has been doing this for some time now.They just cancel and send no emails about it..and they were all valid coupons..its not that there was a price mistake or something..

Everytime I try to buy something for my wife, something always screws it up.

When I went to check on order status online it asks for my customer number and order number. The order number I have in the inital purchase receipt email. I can't find my customer number though. Where do I find that? Their site is so 90's. Since when do I need to login to a site, enter a customer number, and enter an order number to find out my order status? It should all be linked when I login?!@@#%%

The order status link in your email is what populates this field. Its so lame..Go back to order email and click the order status...
Lame to the nth degree. If I check online (not via email link) I need my customer number. If I check via link in email, I do not need customer number, just my username and password and zip.
