Buffalo makes great routers but their rebates require a bit of work. I lost $80 in rebates with them a few years ago because I didn't make photocopies. They will pick a random reason to reject a majority of the rebates.

You're right, how can we blame poor buffalo.

I got it a couple of days back, was able to install DD-WRT on it last night, just took 5 min to install DD-WRT. Have been using the router since last night, been rock solid so far. The signal strength looks good too, better then linksys WRT54G (ver6) that I had before. The QOS feature in DD-WRT is great. Will work wonders for VOIP and P2P.

I have that Linksys router (ver6) with the Micro DD-WRT and I have to say that this router is utter crap with or without the hacked (improved) firmware. I'm going to buy this even without the rebate.
