I tried redeeming a 120 unit card today that I bought at Target, but I could not get to any screen that allowed me to enter a promo code. Has anyone else had the same experience?

Just used 50722 on a 60 minutes card and received 90 bonus minutes. I was only expecting the 60 bonus minutes like was reported earlier today but was pleasantly surprised to get 90 extra minutes. This is like my 4th or 5th refill and a while back Tracfone was advertising 20 bonus minutes on every refill after your 3rd, I think, but 60 + 20 is 80 not 90 so I don’t know. Either way it’s an extra “happy Friday” Thanks to OP and all who have contributed…

If you have the "double minutes for life" on your phone, do these bonus codes work? And do the bonus minutes get doubled?

Generally, NO. But YMMV, it never hurts to try. Do the bonus minutes get doubled? Generally, NO. But YMMV.

Here is the best hint I have found for getting the bonus codes to work:

CLEAR COOKIES BEFORE EVERY ATTEMPT AT USING A BONUS CODE!

Let me repeat that...

CLEAR COOKIES BEFORE EVERY ATTEMPT AT USING A BONUS CODE!

This code still works like a charm. Thanks!

Just used this code when adding a 200 minute card for $39.99. Got double minutes for having lifetime bonus plus 100 free minutes with this code so I ended up with 500 minutes and an additional 90 days service. $.08 a minute isn't bad.

Hello.
I do not see the 2 60 minute cards and phone deal anymore either on-line

but you can probably still find the package at WalGreens or one of the other
stores that sell tracfones.

I have never seen any decent package deals at any retailer. But, then, I have never looked
for one either.

Has anyone else seen this package deal at any retailer??

I will check a few places.

I have dbl minutes for life and have never ever had a bonus code work for me. Even using the website they didn't work. Well - shocker - yesterday I cleared cookies per pennsatuckian advice and used bonus code 54969. For the first time ever it worked. Had a 200 min card, got 400 plus 100 bonus. I have been a Tracfone customer for five years and don't know how many people I have switched to Tracfone. Am totally irritated that I get rewarded by not being able to use bonus codes on my phone after switching to double minutes for life. Hell, Tracfone offers the double minute deal and offers the bonus codes. Whats the problem? Happy customers are always better than angry ones.

Here is something to watch out for when you transfer your number and minutes from an old tracfone to a new tracfone. I had a Nokia 2600 for several years then wanted a new Motorola camera phone. Since I had lots of minutes on my old I called Service Rep and asked that everything be transferred. She did as I asked, but then I couldn't take any pictures nor send any pictures. After many (3 or 4) calls to the Indians, I finally got a lady who told me that the person who did the transferring didn't connect my number with a camera phone (just a regular phone) so the camera feature wouldn't work. Now all is well and everything works. FYI: I think my old Nokia 2600 phone was better than the new high zooter Motorola. The Nokia finds the network way faster and texting is much easier and Nokia has better features. Lucky I kept the Nokia and reactivated for my husband. I won't buy Motorola again. Looks cool, but is not cool.

54969 just worked for me.

Not sure if I have double minutes or not, don't think I ever signed up for that or bought it... but I used the code on a 200 minute card for $39.95 and got 500 minutes total.

It shows 300 bonus minutes, but doesn't break them down on my receipt.

So you might want to try that code and see if you get the same result!

You are MOST WELCOME!!! I suspect that most failures of bonus codes relates to cookies placed on your computer by their computer.

To delete cookies for Internet Explorer 7, click on the double right >> arrow two lines below the close window button at the upper right corner of your screen. From the drop down list that appears, click on tools, click on Delete Browsing History... click on delete cookies...In the confirmation window, click on yes then click on close.

If you are not using IE7, check help for your browser under cookies - deleting cookies.

You are now ready to enter a bonus code.

If you use the Millibrain method to validate a particular bonus code, clear cookies after you validate a bonus code, but before you try to use it for real.

If you are adding more than one airtime card, clear cookies before each one is added.

As is the case with anything realted to Tracfone, YMMV applies in SPADES!
Just remember that Tracfone is still a good deal without any bonus codes.
The cup is always at least Half Full...
IT IS NEVER HALF EMPTY!!!
Sometimes it RUNNETH OVER!!!

I used the 54969 code today on a 1 Year 400 minute card and got 500 additional bonus units 365 days added on my phone. My husband received a birthday card bonus code 59701 for his phone with the purchase of a 60 minute or greater card. That code would not work no matter what card I tried to purchase--kept getting an "invalid code" even though I repeatedly cleared the cookies. I did use the 50722 code and got 60 additional units with a 60 minute card/90 days of service for his phone

I have never seen any good package deal at any retailer. I purchase cards anywhere and everywhere and only saw one deal at Radio Shack. You had to buy a 1 year/400 min card and got a free Motorola C139, but had to pay for the phone and mail in a rebate. The deal was lame and I said No Thanks. Have never seen anything like the 2 60 min cards and C139 for $20. Bought several.

As brucefan states above: I also got the birthday card with code 59701 from tracfone. It's not anybody's birthday in this household. Most of the time anything I get from them does not work. I got an email about two weeks ago with a code that had expired before I got the email. Jeeeeze. I emailed them back so stating and then they wanted me to fill out a questionnaire. Not.
Anyway, I always find good codes on this blog.

For pennsatuckian, what does YMMV stand for? I've been trying to guess different things.

Got an email from tracfone today stating that this code will get you 100 bonus minutes when adding a one year card. Believe its good through Oct. 31

I need service more than minutes, so I've been getting the extra 30 days for $5 when buying the 60 minute card with the bonus 60 minute code. My daughter's Tracfone runs out of service tomorrow, so I did that today online for her phone. Is there any advantage to getting the 60 extra days of service for $10 as opposed to the 30 extra days for $5 or does it work out the same?

If the 57676 code is working for adding the extra 30 days when adding a 60 minute card, you get 30 days per $5 ($20 for card = 120 days, $5 for 30 days, $10 for 60 days). You are better off using the card with the code and getting the 60 minutes thrown in. If the 57676 code is not working, using the $10 for 60 days is probably a good value.
