But costco has cheaper prices on both generic Ambien and generic xanax. (Not $4)

Will WalMart/sams match Costcos prices on them ?

That said, Sams does charge $4 for pravastatin while Costco is higher.

target also does this same thing for $4.

The other medications I take dont either.

Why not shut the heck up unless you have something productive to post ?

The xanax isn't working for you try Valium.

I checked with Sams. They won't price match Costco, or anyone else, on a prescription.

Do I have to sign up for a Costco membership in order to use Costco.com prescription service?

You ask an interesting question. You should call them up and find out. Legally, B&M pharmacies cannot be "restricted" to memberships (hence, you don't have to belong to Sam's or Costco in order to use their pharmacy, but they can require that you pay with cash.)

With mail order pharmacies, though, I'm not sure if the same law would apply. If you find out (or anyone else knows), speak up!

I take 2 benadryl, 100mg elavil, muscle relaxer, triazolam, and drink alcohol, and still don't sleep.

Or I can take Ambien and get to sleep. This deal is extremely hot IMO, as Ambien costs $120+ on my current HDHP. I haven't slept well in years, except for the couple of times I bit the bullet and paid up.

It certainly does have it's negatives, but if you actually go to sleep when you take it, you can avoid most of them.

I do have a problem with waking up after 3-4 hours, but at least I get that much sleep. Ambien CR doesn't have enough of the quick-acting Ambien to put me to sleep, so it's not a very good solution for me.

Thx for the heads up, OP!

Benadryl can also make you hyperactive. 1 benadryl helps me sleep. 2 might work well too, unless I've had alcohol- then I wake up at 3am. 4 (standard prescription sleep aid strength) keeps me up all night.

Does anyone know if this applies to instore pharmacy as well?

The best cure for insomnia is a good night's sleep

Luckily I don't usually have problems sleeping, but when I do I take melatonin. A pot of 300 cost about $5 from Costco and will probably last me a lifetime.

You ignorant ***. Insomnia is a medical problem with SERIOUS consequences on people's health and quality of life. You also become a danger when you're operating cars or machines without sleep. It's EASY to say get a good nights sleep but there are millions of people suffer and there if something works, you use it.

Ambien is a good drug because it clears your system quickly and doesn't cause PHYSICAL dependence like Benzo (where you get physically sick if you discontinue a regiment). s
