could not find the discussion for the rebate. I meant to ask what is the T-Mobile billing account number. Is it the phone number?

This deal is back. Nokia 6103 and Samsung t319 are both available for $59.99 including a $25 prepaid refill card.

Fixed link, but this phone is getting a little long in the tooth now. Good deal for prepaid if you just want a phone though, and T-Mo is one of the best prepaid deals out there.
