FatWallet.mobi is intended for mobile phones with web browsers, blackberrys, Qs, iphones (snicker) and all the rest of those mobile devices - (but, you can view it through a standard web browser as well)
All of your favorite FatWallet forum categories are there - (yes, finance and off topic too!)
Currently, functionality is limited to viewing categories, topics and messages.
There is also have a very basic topic search functionality as well... The relevancy of the search results needs some work for common terms, so be specific when you search.
Enjoy the new toys folks, share your thoughts with us and we will continue to improve!
It would also be nice to have shorter URLs for the forums, and ideally, the SAME URLs for the forums..... I have fatwallet.com/c/18 memorized by now.. lol.. but the shorter the URL the better I would say.

Thank you thank you. Now all of us with unlimited data thanks to Sprint or T-Mobile can hunt for deals on the go!
1. Not useful to me AT ALL! a) It's not the full Fatwallet. b) I can use Opera Mini on my phone to easily open and use the current FW site. c) The speed of my connection is fast enough to make browsing FW's regular site a breeze on my phone. d) Did we mention no extra features? Missing features, so not as useful. e) Why?! With cell phones being so powerful nowadays and Opera Mini out, is there any reason? After all, we're only 28 days away from the iPhone, so there should be more features, not less.
2. I pray and hope that FW NEVER forces mobile users to use this *.mobi site! I was shocked out of my pants when I saw that new '*mobi' site and thought FW had been hacked/taken down/died/etc!!!
happy as a clam now that I've found the link at the bottom to get me back to the normal site.
3. The FW site should NEVER redirect a user to the *.mobi site based on the browser ID - just because I'm running Opera Mini doesn't mean I want to ever see the *.mobi site ever again (I really don't!).
4. Great site (the regular one), keep it running! =)
Thankfully, I was able to switch back to the regular version.
The mobile one, though quicker to load, omits many critical features (ratings bar, the ability to switch between many pages of a thread instead of just the first and last, thread views, etc.) that I have found useful and addictive, and their omission in the Mobile FW is kind of like having a bloody mary with no Vodka, and only the mixer.

I like big screen, so will stick with desktop at home and work lappy on the road.
I like the speed of it. way faster now than reg FW on IE with WM6 on DASH. However, i wish there was a way that we could customize our accounts. Like columns to display or hide. I like the column in hot deals where i could see how many reply was posted for the topic. And maybe add an option to view ratings of a topic. that would be cool. Good job guys!!
It's much faster than before, but I had trouble earlier trying to change it back to normal by using the selection on the bottom. I got some error message on the page. I'll check it out again later.
Mobi is driving me nuts! here i am loading opera mini beta 4 so i can see websites the same as on a pc, and fw keeps trying to be annoying by shooting me over to the mobi site even after i've said i never want to see the mobi site ever again! there should be two sites, and at no time should one automatically change over to the other!! i'd even switch to another bargain site just because of this! very annoying fw failure! >.<
