Yep, deal works fine on 12 packs. Just be sure to have the items as outlined in the OP, your club card and proper coupon to get the deal to work smoothly.
Worked out great. The only problem with the deal was carrying everything inside, it's a lot of drinks. Nice Deal OP. They have LOTS of gift cards.
